10. Subscription Credit Policy

Credit Allocation and Utilization

Under the subscription plans offered by ddle.dev, subscribers are allocated a specific number of credits each billing cycle, which can be utilized to access and use various services provided by us. These credits are part of your subscription package and determine the extent of services you can avail of within a billing period.

Non-Rollover of Credits

Please be advised that unused credits do not carry over to subsequent billing periods. Each subscriber will receive a new allotment of credits at the start of each billing cycle, corresponding to their subscription plan. The reset of credits is designed to ensure equitable access to services for all subscribers and maintain the quality and sustainability of ddle.dev\'s offerings.

Rationale for Non-Rollover Policy

The non-rollover policy is instituted to facilitate optimal resource allocation and service quality. This approach ensures that our services remain scalable and that we can continue to invest in enhancements that benefit our user base. It is our goal to provide all subscribers with consistent access to our services, and this policy is a key component in achieving that objective.

Maximizing Subscription Credits

Subscribers are encouraged to plan their use of services within the credit limits of their subscription plan to ensure they maximize the value received. ddle.dev offers resources and support to help subscribers plan and optimize their credit usage effectively. Should you need assistance or have questions about managing your subscription credits, please contact our customer support team.

Credit Refresh

At the beginning of each billing period, your subscription credits will be refreshed to the full amount stipulated by your chosen plan. This ensures that all subscribers start the new period with their full quota of credits, ready to be used for accessing ddle.dev\'s services.

Amendments to the Credit Policy

ddle.dev reserves the right to modify the Subscription Credit Policy at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website. By continuing to use the Service after such modifications have been made, you agree to adhere to the revised policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us
